Good saison with light citrus, light hay. Pours hazy golden without much head or lacing. Finishes with light sourness, a little bitterness and finishes awesome. Good package, well-balanced. Tap at brewpub shared by Maniac and Iphonephan.

4oz taster on cask at the brewery. This one poured a pretty clear golden color with a soapy bubble white head. Aroma was a touch pleasant - with some light hay, grains, and some light lemon character. Flavor was, not nearly as pleasant - first time I actually use vegetal? It wasn’t as funky as I had hoped, and didn’t have any of the yeast notes I was really hoping to get from this one. Girlfriend said it was like room-temperature soapy dish water.

On cask at the brewery. This is a version witb 6oz of Meridian hops in the cask. Pours a very hazy gold with virtually no head. Nose has a striking amount of jalapeño pepper, some grass, some straw, a little starfruit, some jackfruit too. Crazy how much it smells like fresh jalapeño. Flavor follows right along, a distracting amount of green bell pepper, some chrysanthemum tea, a little soap. Vegetal finish. Wow. Way off.
