Charlie, our faithful, loving, and steadfast companion. A golden retriever of renown, he effortlessly adopted everyone on Hill Road and beyond. Tail wagging and tongue lolling, Charlie never failed to charm.
He was a cheerful rogue who approached without prejudice or judgment—a furry foreman who monitored all construction, managed events, and kept dutiful watch over his roads and wayward tacos.
From the smallest children to the biggest personalities, he had boundless joy and love to share… especially if you may chance to drop some food.
Charlie was a constant. Rain, snow, or sunshine, he would ramble his way across the field from his house to the brewery with his characteristic cheerful demeanor.

Pours clear blonde, but turns hazy because of the sediments when fully poored. Scent is full, citric (more so by adding the sediments) . Taste is full, citric, , malty, typical american acidity, lactic and fairly simple. Easy drinkezr. Fairly sharp, lovely drinkability.

750ml bottle. At a tasting. Thx tiong. Poured golden in color. Slight funkyness, apples and crispness. Citrusy notes. So easy and soft, still so flavorful. Excellent!

750ml bottle. Soft, delicate and spicy with some citrus, grainy malts, mild funky farmyardy notes, earthiness and oak. Quite crushable and complex table beer.

(Bottle, 0.75l - bottled on 02.03.2022, thanks tiong, at VastActiv, 20230105) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, sourness and ripe apples. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sourness, tartness spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A tasty beer despite its low ABV.

Draught at FOAM FotW, 8/13/22. Mostly clear, pale golden-straw. Small-to-medium, somewhat well-retained, white head. Soft wheat, even bacteria/yeast character with tons of minerality and a touch of spicy hop character. Almost Fantome-like, though not nearly as fruity. Soft, fluffy, well-textured, great attenuation with strong mineral, wheat, biscuit character and great minerality. Mild hopping with balancing bitterness. Clean and flavorful.
