Charlie, our faithful, loving, and steadfast companion. A golden retriever of renown, he effortlessly adopted everyone on Hill Road and beyond. Tail wagging and tongue lolling, Charlie never failed to charm.
He was a cheerful rogue who approached without prejudice or judgment—a furry foreman who monitored all construction, managed events, and kept dutiful watch over his roads and wayward tacos.
From the smallest children to the biggest personalities, he had boundless joy and love to share… especially if you may chance to drop some food.
Charlie was a constant. Rain, snow, or sunshine, he would ramble his way across the field from his house to the brewery with his characteristic cheerful demeanor.

Clear light blond to straw yellow beer, small aery irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, super fruity, lovely, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, some orange peel. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: nice, soft acidity, a bit metallic, some wort, nice acidity, orange peel, nice stuff! Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, a gentle bitterness, good stuff!

Pâle, pas de col.
Arôme est frais, sur une belle base de grains concassés, fruité finement citronné, fleuri rappelant les pissenlits et champs printanier.
Palais est sec assez marqué, rustique, l'apport de Simcoe et Mosaic donne un léger côté fruité sur les agrumes, léger herbacé tout en ayant un profile grains entre drêche, malt pils et un fini sec qui accentue le côté rustique. Pas vraiment ressenti le apssage en foudre.
Franchement, pas idée que cette bière était à 2% - je pensais à une bière de saison légère bien sur les grains.

Draught at Monk's Cafe: pours hazy with a white head. Aroma is floral, straw, light spice. Lightly butter and dry. Not watery for low abv. Good.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet, big funk character, pleasant citric tartness, neat and dry, lemon, kiwi, a little grass. Kind of dank in fact. Light bodied with average carbonation. Funky and dank to finish, clean, dry, refreshingly tart. Outstanding.

Pale blond colour, barely hazy. Nice aroma, hoppy 9some dankness, some citrus peel), then some funk. Dry, and the body is not too weak, maybe there is a limited amount of residual sugar; mild funkiness, some citrusy hops.
Very enjoyable, it's clean, sharp, and it has character.

750ml (thx Alex MG to get this open for me at HF and Max C. for bringing it to BC) @ SalesForce. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: a bit weird malty notes with a HF funk. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: very good for what it is.

750 ml bottle. The aroma minerals, fresh cut grass, honey. Flavor has a variety of nuances. Citrus, grass, with a light minerals. Light body but has a ton of flavor for such a low gravity. It’s sort of like drinking hot water. But it Still magical well water. Tastes good!
