Brewery draught, 1/19/24. Clear deep honey-bronze. Small, rapidly-receding, white head. Rich malt, crisp yeast and spicy, herbal hops with good mineral, biscuit and cleanliness. Richly malted, pushing it on the sweetness but with ample hops on the finish providing relief, as well as biscuity, bready malts. Not too hoppy but with excellent herbal character. Very clean. Well damn, look at Rock Art making good beer! What a time to be alive.

This was poured into a pilsner glass.
The appearance was a glossy burnt orange color with a slight transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising towards a quickly dissipating one finger white foamy head. Mild foamy white lacing stuck around the glass and then slid nicely.
The smell started off with some sweet biscuit/breadiness. Subtle sweet grassy hops slide in for the balance.
The taste was mildly sweet with the grassy hops making a decent effort to balance. Super light biscuity aftertaste.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good for a pilsner. Nothing wrong with it.
Overall, Czech Pilsner, damn right it is and a nice one that I would be willing to come back to.

A golden pils with a thin creamy lacing white head. In aroma, grassy malt with herbal hops, light honey notes, OK. In mouth, a good biscuit malt with smooth herbal Saaz , very classic.
