Flaska från SB, bäst före 2015. Tack Andreas! Mycket gott!

Poured from a 750 ml bottle, #483 with a best by date of 2015-08-13. Aroma is fruity with quite a bit of citrus - lemon and lighter orange and lime notes. Light cherry and pineapple notes. Light grain notes. Moderately strong sea buckthorn notes. Light phenolic notes with a lemongrass characteristic and some pepper. Pours a fairly clear, golden color with a medium large, somewhat thin and frothy, white head that recedes fairly quickly to a thin film that lingers. Light lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness and a very dry finish. Light grain notes. Moderate sea buckthorn with some lighter citrus and pineapple. Moderate phenolics with some lemongrass and pepper notes. A slightly plastic taste to the phenolic note. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer. It reminds me a lot of a saison with sea buckthorn; acidity isn’t too high or sharp. Fruity with some balanced phenolics; phenolics do come across a bit plastic-like in the flavor though.
