Bøgedal Nr. 0370cloudy light yellow, small wihte head. aroma is yeasty, mild citrussy and spicy, faint herbal. flavor is sourish, citrussy, quite complex, nice sourness, quite low on bitterness. (7,3,8,3,16). why did my bøgedal end up here.. anyway, rerate. cludy yellow, small white head. Complex aroma, sour, soapy, citrussy, fermentation fumes. Flavor is a lot like fermented apples, this could probably be mistaken from a sidra natural of the more sour kind. so flavor is citrussy, sourish, fruity notes, very frefreshing, and very easy drinking. tasty wild ale for sure.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy, citrusy and grapefruity. Bretty. Citrusy and lingering peachy into a smooth fruity finish. Mild bretty lasting impression, rather fruity.

Bottle no 124 , thnx to dennoman Pours like a white, very fuzzy . Smells cheesy, funky but not sour Rather high carbo . Dry , some sweetness, in an organic way . Some funk . Not much aftertaste . Dry finish ..

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of wheat, citrus, buckthorn and hints of old sweaty socks. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, lemon, wheaty malt, buckthorn and a certain tartness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. A bit different, tasty with a fresh acidity. Quite nice.

Draught@SBWF2013. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, bready, mildly fruity and quite a bunch of yeasty and nectary notes. Flavour is tart wood, some nectar, floral and a bit sour notes.

Draught @ Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy light hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of lemon, earth, funk, red berries, bread and light sweat. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemons, earth and funk. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Really nice, if a bit peculiar.

At SBWF 2013. Hazy clear golden with a white head. The aroma was fresh and tart with light berries, oak, green apples. Similar taste. A very interesting and refreshing beer with a dry finish. The second best beer so far from Brekeriet.
