Bottle bought @ systembolaget. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky trace on the glass. Smell is sour, funky, tiny phenolic and slightly fruity with crackers, lemon juice, dry soil, hay, barnyard, lemon zest, orange zest, grapefruit juice and hints of sea buckthorn. Taste is sour, fruity, funky and phenolic with crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, gooseberries, unripe currants, sea buckthorn, hay, dry soil, sheet metal, barnyard, sour milk and hints of iron. Mouthfeel is crisp, mouthpuckering, dry, tart and light bodied. finish is sour with crackers, sour milk, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, unripe berries and barnyard. A bit one-dimensional with not much complexity supporting the sourness yet still it’s pretty damn good.

Bottle at Yespr’s. It pours hazy pale gold with a thick white head. The nose is doughy, barnyard, funky, fresh, brett, lemon peel, earth and faint herbal. The taste is crisp, tart, lemon sherbet, limeade, brett, dough, lemonade, grapefruit rind and sour sweets with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Crisp, tart and damn drinkable. Very nice.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Milky golden colour with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, farts, bretts, berries and caramel malts. Taste is light sour and yeasty. Medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes yeasty and acidic with berries. Uhmm... farts....

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of horseblanket, lemons, yeast, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemon, horseblanket, and brettanomyces, leading to a tart finish. Unfortunately I can’t detect the seabuckthorn.
