Bottle shared at the RBESG ’14, Grander Tasting @ Moncada, 09/08/14. Hazed orange yellow with a moderate white covering. Nose is tarte fruit, lemon rind, spice, bretty dung tones, earthy. Taste comprises citric sherbets, hint of parma violets, straw, dank wood effect. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a layer of funk. Ok sour.

RBESG pt 18. Moncada. Grand Tasting. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp and dry. Zingy sourness with some acid lemon and sweaty feet! Crisp dry finish. Fine!

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours cloudy yellow with a foamy white head. Ripe and funky, with pleasant citrus elements. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Super clean and funky on the finish, dry, with nice grassy bitterness and citrus peel. Excellent.

Backlog. Bottle 75cl . Pours hazy pale golden with a minimal quickly dissipating white head. Aroma is very funky, with wood, cheese, dough, yeast and citrus. Taste is not as funky but way more sour, almost tart, with citrus, vinegar, underriped green apples. Slight funky and woody in the finish, closing with a slight tart dryness. Medium body, medium carbo. Very interesting, complex and refreshing.

Sampled at the 2014 RBSG Grand Tasting, thanks Anders! Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of funk with some sour lemon tartness and a bit of light grain. Flavor combines lemony tartness and light funk with a good amount of earthiness.

Bottle @ RBSG Grand Tasting. Pours a milky yellow appearance with a white head. Really funk cheesy, twangy lemon, tropical fruit aroma. Lightly tart. Some pineapple, tart, bretty, juicy, guava flavor. Fuck yeah..
