From Beer Drop. Canned October 13th 2022.

It pours a clear straw yellow with a healthy head of foam and leaves some lacing.

Saaz like aroma, spicy hops, some cracker malt, very nice smelling Pilsner.

Spicy hops taste, Saaz like, some grassy notes, cracker malt, more bitter than it is sweet but a finely tuned Pilsner imho.

Medium bodied with good carbonation.

I had a can a few days ago and I reckon that I served it too cold. Warmer, it does shine.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with small white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is grain and cracker. Thin body, grain, straw, wheat, crisp finish, very good.

Pours clear with a giant white head. Aroma of oak, light malt, floral. Taste has light malt, resinous hops, lingering oil. Palate has much of the same. Good.

Some noble hops and even a light note of bretta. Not sure they meant the latter, this can may have gone a little off. Golden pour with big puffy head. Some grapefruit. Light cloying sourness on the finish. Can.

Pint can thanks to hershiser2, 2/6/21. Hazy orange yellow, thin frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of doughy malt, hay, apricot, toast. Taste is apricot, stone fruit, paint thinner. Medium bodied, juicy, Weird, but not bad.

Very clear golden and light orange coloured body with a very frothy, rather large four to five centimetre tall, just off-white head that fades quickly and leaves a pretty ugly lace on the side of the glass. Aroma of grass, lemons, citrus and a very dry malty quality with some biscuity and perhaps grainy malt notes, a smooth, but noticeable lager yeast bite and astringency and some faint doses of metal. Light-bodied; Very crisp and grassy flavours dominate up front with a good hit of lager yeast, crisp grain, soft citrus and some mellow, but drying herbal notes that do shine through from the hops, with a light maltiness that hits the balance just right, but leaves some bitterness towards the end, in a good way. Aftertaste shows some dry and herbal bitterness, some softer citrusey fruit flavours with a touch of sweetness near the end. Aftertaste is floral with a dry bite, showing some softer citrus, grapefruit and fruity sides at first, but a bigger malt, medicinal and astringency towards the end. Overall, a nice and very dry pilsner with some grainy and herbal maltiness with a light hop bite and a smooth complexity, especially at the end. Nice to sample and a good option, especially if you like the style and prefer lighter beers. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 17-June-2020 for US$3,99 sampled at my house here in Washington on 01-October-2020.
