Bottle to glass at CBS. Orange copper color with a nice rocky off-white head. Aromas of brett, funk, wood with some apricot, prune and cinnamon. Active carbonation with a medium body. Taste is more of the same with the fruit and spice standing out as it warms. Light sourness on the palate. Dry finish with nice tartness. Excellent!

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty beige color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of tart notes with solid dry Belgian style malt backbone and light dry hops notes are also noticeable. Taste is a complex mix of tart and funky yeasty notes with solid bready malt backbone with a long finale. Body is full with good carbonation. Easy drinking with quite a bit of complexity. Balance is also pretty good with not much acidity.

Lively bottle, starts foaming immediately upon opening. Yeast sediment leaves brown deposits on the foam. As a result yeast is very evident in the aroma and taste. Milky amber body with small creamy off white head. Complex aroma of yeast, wine barrel, white grapes. Taste is yeast first and foremost, followed by sour grapes. Short finish.

Cloudy golden color with small head. Wonderful aroma, deep, fresh, fruity, with mild Brett character; apricot wine; impression of hard cheese rind. Highly carbonated, smooth mouthfeel, rather dry; strong Brett character, providing also a strong astringency; a lot of bitter orange peel; the acidity is just mild.
Excellent.
