Bottle. Tangerine and lime in the aroma and flavor, even lingering on in the aftertaste. Sugary sweet, but not unpleasant because of the citrus sourness and even bitterness.

A hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, mix of malt and orange juice. In mouth, sweet fruity malt with orange pulp, light tropical fruits, a bit artificial. On tap at Gulden Draak Bierland, Guadalajara.

Lemonade-like beer based on Blanche de Namur and launched when the trend of sweet fruitbeers based on witbier was at its peak. This one tried to be different by combining (artificial extracts of) three fruits, mandarine, lime and grapefruit. Creamy, snow-white head, colour a cloudy, orangey yellow. Nose gets lots of ascorbic acid, as in lemonade, lemon juice from a bottle, sweetened industrial orange juice, drowning the timid hints of wheat and coriander showing through from the base beer. Taste is more of the same, as expected, a battle between lemonade and witbier strongly in favour of the first; lots of lemonade-like ascorbic acid, some soft maltiness, and lots of sugary sweetness, accompanying the whole palate till the finish and leaving a sticky impression. These rather abominable hybrids between lemonade and witbier seem to have passed their heyday now, and I for one will not miss them one bit.

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Hazy pale light yellow color, small quickly diminishing off - white head. Very fruity aroma of oranges, grapefruit and slightly tropical fruits. Tastes about the same: very sweet, some fruits as said before. Low body, low to average carbonation.

Light hazy and pale yellow colour with a fine lasting white head. Fruity, ciric and wheat aroma. Fruity over to the orange/mandaring side in the flavour. Unusual nice spicy notes. Also some wheat and yeast. Very fresh and nice.
