Bottle from the Commons. Hazy golden pour, active bottle, but pours flat. Aroma is full and fragrant, grass, hay and grapes. Taste ramps up the tartness, but not too much, saison in nature. Light and easy to drink, floral, meadow. Nice!

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium foamy white head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lacing. The aroma is bretty with herbal and fruity notes. Medium-bodied with flavors of floral yeast, funky fruit and malt. The finish is moderately tart with a sour grape and citrus aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, massive thanks for another OR hook up from our host with the most, Brucey Di B 16/01/14. Hazed orange with a good sized off white head that quickly collapses to spotting and edgework. Nose is funk’o’clock, bitter apricot, tarte orange, citric drenched hay. Taste comprises tarte mandarins, mellow soured fruits, damp wood, grass, bitter apricot, barnyard, lemon rind, hay bales. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte fruit lead in a drying closure. Nicely balanced easy drinking sour.

Bottle courtesy of deeblo. It pours hazy golden with a small white head. The nose is wood, vanilla, earthy, hay, peach, apricot and light sherbet. The taste is smooth, soft fruits, brett, wood, soft peach, apricot and floral notes with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. No great depth, but smooth, soft and very drinkable. Tasty.

Tasting at the pad of the ever gracious Bruce and cheers to him for this one. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Smooth palate, fresh with nice fine carbonation. Delightfully light and smooth malt. Very light floralness. Mellow orange - tangerine. Finishes smooth with more fine csrbonation. Joins up really well in to light, tasty and very drinkable beer.

Bottle shared in London - many thanks to Bruce. Pours lightly hazy gold with a foamy white head. Lovely aroma, juicy lemon, slight funk, peach. Light sweet flavor with tons of citric lemon, subtle funk, mild bitter lemon rind, melon. Light to medium bodied with fairly lively carbonation. Super clean finish, more funky lemon, orange, tangerine, subtle rindy bitterness. Delicious, very well balanced.

GABF 2013. Pours a pretty bright hazy orange appearance with an off white head. Moderately funky, tangy citrusy, light white wine, vanilla aroma. Flavor is similarly funky, lightly tart, lemon, and pineapple that finishes pretty dry. Pretty cool beer.
