Rauchdoppelbock to jesienno-zimowy klasyk dla milosników wyrazistej wedzonki - ponad 80% zasypu stanowi slód wedzony dymem z drewna bukowego. Od stuleci warzony w Bambergu, od 2011 w Polsce (PINTA). Poniewaz smak Kozlaka Wedzonego jest bardzo unikatowy, powiedzmy sobie szczerze: PINTA jak w dym - pokochaj albo rzuc!

08 03 2023 Aromat wędzonki szynki, kiełbasy i tak dalej Ciemne bursztynowe, biała piana nie opada szybko, opalizujące. Smak słodki na niskim poziomie, dymny szyjkowy, raczej wytrawny. Nagazowanie średnie, ciało średnie, gładkie, alkohol niewyczuwalny, finisz dymny. Ogólnie piwo ciekawe i bardzo dymne, fajnie się piję.

500 ml bottle. Slightly unclear red with a fluffy head. Raisin, dates, caramel, smoked ham, candy sugar, earthy notes, some single malt, roasted nuts. Malty boozy sweetness, umami, slightly bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry smoky boozy earthy finish. Not as good as expected.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', 7.5% abv, best before March 2023. Clear, deep ruby with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite smoky aroma of caramel, smoked ham and light raisins. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, rather smoky and a little fruity taste of caramel, smoked ham, nuts, lemon peel, chocolate and some raisins, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely Rauchdoppelbock, fairly true to the style, just a little hoppier, very rich and saturating.

Bursztynowa barwa, klarowne, piana intensywna. W aromacie wyraźnie wędzone oraz chlebowe nuty, delikatny karmel. W smaku bardzo podobnie do aromatu, pełne, goryczka na niskim poziomie, alkohol delikatnie rozgrzewający. Bardzo przyjemny podwójny koźlak.

50cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of intense smoked malt, wood, bacon, sweet malt. Taste of sweet dark smoked malt, bacon, intense wood. Moderate bitterness.

Dark amber color with low light beige head. Aroma: initially beachwood smoke to even leatjer, later sweet malt, light red berries appear. Taste: oak smoke, sweet malty, red berries, everything perfectly balanced. Medium to full body, low to moderate carbonation, low bitterness. This IS great, balanced, clear, not one single aspect overtaking.
