Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grapes and light barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 020722

Bottle sample @ Swafff! 2022 - shared with the Gentse Biervereniging team. Still trying to see what justified BBP to be the most expensive brewer at the festival for their bottle pour - 3 tokens / 6€ for 12cl, roughly 3.5x the price of the bottle at the shop. Managed to get small 1 token pour. Later as people were not buying, their had lowered the cost.
Dorée pâle, col blanc fin.
Arôme sur de fines effluves de vin blanc / groseilles vertes, petite note de barrique et léger bouquet lambic. Le tout est très marqué par le côté 'sour' et ce côté de faire encore du coupage de saison.
Très cher payé pour le résultat - contant de ne pas avoir achété une bouteille.

Pours a clear, pale yellow. Small to no white head. Scent is skunk (noticable from distance), yet less so when sniffed up close. Intense, raw green herbaceous notes. Taste is fairly full, very herbaceous. Spice, green, raw funk, medium acidic, not my thing at all.

Cloudy pale beige blond beer, small creamy dense yellowish head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty floral, funky, nice brett notes, dusty, little weird, fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: spicy start, fruity, very dry, sourish, very lemony, lots of brett, wood notes, some tannins. Aftertaste: spicy and very herbal, fruity notes, some pineapple, smoky touch, more wood, dry bitter finish with some green apple skin tones.
