Den bløde og behagelige øl er skabt med Økologiske kaffebønner fra Sidamodistriktet, der i det sydlige Etiopien grænser op til Kenya. Kaffen har en intensiv duft af citrusfrugter. Smagen er fyldig uden bitterhed, med en kompleks krydret og frisk syrlighed i eftersmagen.
Vi har kombineret den med tid, omhu og rene råvarer, og skabt en voluminøs Kaffe Stout, der imponerer med en dyb sort farve, en fyldig kaffearoma og et fast brunt skum.
Den intense kaffeduft sammen med en velafbalanceret og fyldig stout, gør denne øl til en ægte nydeøl. Den har sødme, krop og behagelige kaffenoter, og vi håber, at du vil give dig tid til at nyde den herlige duft, den flotte farve og den velafstemte smagsoplevelse.

44 cl can poured into a Snifter. Near black with a few tanned bubbles on top. Sweet aroma with coffee, chocolate milk, liquorice, some citrus, and a herbal hoppy notes. The taste is light sweet roasted. Full body. Slightly drying finish with lingering dark malts. Ok, quite mellow.

aroma is roasted malts and coffee and an undefined sourness or tartness that i can't really place. it's similar to infected stout. it blends well with the coffee aroma. Flavor is roasted malts, cofffee, brown sugar, licorice, hard roasted malts, charred wood. Fine flavor, heavily roasted but still delicious, not bitter caramel or bitter nuts, but a flavor carried by roasted malts and a lot of coffee. Strange how the faint sourness in the aroma is totally gone in the flavor. The flavor reminds me of irish coffee.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour with a mediumsized creamy beigeish brown head. Aroma is toasted, some slight roasted and mild floral tones. Flavour is roasted, some vanilla, mild herbal and some toffeeish tones with a bit of roasted tones. Very ashy and dry palate.

33 cl bottle. Pours dark brown, small tan bead. Aroma is overripe fruity. Dark malty. Toasted. Dense malty. Roasted and dark malty. Lingering coffee fruity like, roasted dark malty. Bitter and toasted finish.

Bottle via CPH airport shop. Med-full body, med-high carbonation. Lots of various dark malt flavour, there is everything from sweet chocolate, to dry cocoa, to nutty and toasted, to lots of coffee. Touch of lactoseish presence, even if its probably not even used. Moderate warmth, present but not bothersome. Medium sweetness, med-high bitterness. Quite rewarding sipper, very good.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Black, small head. Generous aroma of chocolate ans spicy coffee. Dry with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Spicy coffee, dark chocolate, licorice and bread. Very bitter finish. Tasty and interesting.

ABV: 9.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted - roasted, coffee, coffee dusty, dark malt. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dusty coffee, sweet coffee, roasted - coffee, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
