375 ml bottle. Pours amber with moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of farmyard, grapes, melons, and wheat. Flavors of tart but musty grapes, limes, a bit of brett, and wheaty malts. Sharp start, fruity tart middle, and pleasant yeasty finish. A really nice balance of modern hops and farmhouse

Bottle shared by Mr Tipple at Craft CG. Cheers! It pours clear golden / pear with a tiny white cap. The aroma is earthy, musty, green apple, pear, melon and rich white wine. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, sherbet, pear, apple, melon, decent mouth - pucker, sourness and appletiser. The finish is firmly dry. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Light, fresh and rather drinkable. Decent.

375 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 6/2016. Pours slightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, green apple, orange peel, pineapple, papaya, mango, melon, white wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, green apple, orange peel, pineapple, papaya, mango, melon, white wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with lighter notes of leathery/musty funk, white vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Moderate lactic tartness and peppery Brett spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, green apple, orange peel, pineapple, papaya, mango, melon, white wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light funk/vinegar, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/spiciness balance, and zero puckering flavors after the finish. Fairly clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from tart/spiciness and carbonation. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is an outstanding sour/wild ale! All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the balanced tart/spicy/drying finish. Outstanding well developed Brett complexity, solid lacto presence, and just enough pale/wheat malt to balance the acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
