Fruity and a bit hoppy, some malty sweetness. Ok.

Smell of flowers, grass. Clear golden colour, high white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, some spruce, grassy notes as well. Lively carbon. Sweet, also medium bitter. Nicely balanced.

Seems that this one has made comeback as no ratings since 2016. Golden colour, small white head. Cat pissy, grassy aroma. LIght-bodied. Pils malts, touch of metal, tropical fruityness. Clean, well-brewed easy, fruity lager. Nice Sauna beer although not very exciting. Much better than the old bottle ratings indicate.

Bottle shared by Yasu at Lingua. A similar crystal clear gold to the Koivunmahla but perhaps not quite as deep in color. Very different nose, much more woodsy bark notes. Light and dry, crisp and piney. I don’t get the South Pacific at all from this, where are the palm trees, tropical fruits and, coconuts?

Bottled (from Prisma, Vaasa). Hazy deep orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy/fluffy big head. While pouring the aroma was a nice tropical fruitiness. Sadly that one vanishes once in the glass, and in comes a quite strong grainy/biscuity aroma. Flavour is tropical fruits, some grains, bread and mild yeastiness. Actually a bit wooden sourness to it as well.

330ml bottle from Prisma Sello. BBE 01.09.16. Pours golden orange with a smooth head. Aroma of earthy notes, grassy hops, hay, citrus and tropical fruits. Taste is grainy, sweetish and grassy with some hay and hints of fruits. Finish is grainy, earthy and grassy with some hay, citrus and fruits. Decent fruity lager.

Draught @Syystober . Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Pleasant fruitiness in aroma, sweet tropical fruits. Malty flavor with sweet fruits. Light bitterness. Watery. highly refreshing.
