Brewed with Vienna and Munch malt, this classic Vienna cask lager will be soft, smooth and sumptuous where traditional lagers are crisp and light. The malty character is offset by the European hop character, with a noble aroma. Brewed as a single batch Vox will be available as our November Origins beer - order now to avoid disappointment!!

Cask. Deep ambery golden colour with a small fluffy head, which vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is caramel, some wooden notes as well as quite big on grass. Also a bit yeasty notes. Flavour is bready malts along with some grassy and mildly wooden hops to it along with a biscuity finish. Some slight yeasty notes towards the finish.

Cask @ White Hart, Todmorden. A darker amber-gold in colour with a bubbly head. There’s plenty of European character here with pale malts evident, albeit with a more recognisable ale type texture. There’s a small malty sweetness alongside a crispness.

Craft near Tottenham Court Road. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is slightly soft and semi dry. Medium fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a little dry. Mild caramel. Light dried fruits. Whisper of something floral. Smooth semi dry finish. Cask lagers are banana skins, but there is no slip up here. Decent.
