(Draught at L'Ermitage Taproom, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus, yellow plums and lemon peel. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, plums, lemon peel, bread, apricots and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit different, but fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Tap, as Temple du Ciel White Tea Plums Blackcurrant. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is indeed plums, tea, berries. Taste is berries, plums, light tea, dough, peppery finish. Silky mouthfeel with high carbonation. Tasty, but weird!

Bottle at home from La Cave a Bulles, 10th February 19. Pours a clear orange beer, big frothy white head. Aroma is apricot, peach, aromatic. Taste is floral, peach, apricots, aromatic. Very pleasant

Draft at Ermitage, Brussels. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of floral hops, perfume, herbs and citrus. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity, blackcurrant, redcurrant, flower tea, plum. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet flower tea, blackcurrant, berries, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180317] 7-3-6-3-13

F: huge, egg-white, good retention. C: golden with some yeasty veils, hazy. A: sweet peach, fruity candy, floral, bit lactic. T: light peach, herbal, watery tropical fruits, bit blackcurrants, really nice balanced, nice subtle fruity tonnes connected with some herbal touch, yes bit more on sweet side but not very sweet on the palate, very good, fully enjoyed, #1500 Belgium beer, 33cl bottle from the Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom.
