F: huge, egg-white, good retention. C: golden with some yeasty veils, hazy. A: sweet peach, fruity candy, floral, bit lactic. T: light peach, herbal, watery tropical fruits, bit blackcurrants, really nice balanced, nice subtle fruity tonnes connected with some herbal touch, yes bit more on sweet side but not very sweet on the palate, very good, fully enjoyed, #1500 Belgium beer, 33cl bottle from the Nanobrasserie de l'Ermitage Taproom.

03-03-18 // tasting flight at the breweries taproom. Clear golden. Small head. Nose of instant fruit tea. Tase is dry malty with a dry tea bitter finish. Mild tea fruity notes. Great!

Pours clear blonde. Medium white head, stable and nice lacing. Smell is sweet, fruity, almost like candy' taste is full, bit bitter, candy (those necklace candy things ) fruityness. Not bad, but a bit weird.

Clear orange beer, lots of specks floating under a small irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel malts, sweet ripe fruits, mango, very nice, some blueberries, black currant, nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of blueberries, some jam, nice bitterness, fruity. Aftertaste: hoppy, some grapefruit, some citrus, bit of caramel, jam, fruity, malty, some tannins, soft bitter notes, very nice stuff going one here! Love the low abv as well, congratz guys!

Draft glass @ CML Fontainas. Clear golden, creamy white head. Nose is doughy sweet gelatine candy apricot candy, flowers, near cloying pastry. Taste is soap, candy, doughy, cheap stone fruit gelatine candy & white sugar & a sticky weird way, candy bears, nope,… What tea did they use, white? Not my thing.

15/12/2017 - draught glass @Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy pale yellow and light brown, nice head. Nose is very fruity, especially peach, some yeast. Taste is fruits, yeast, accents of tea. Ermitage keeps on delivering nice beers.

Draft @ Ermitage Taproom Dorée trouble, col blanc crémeux. Arôme offre un bouquet bien fruité offrant un effet de baies entre myrtille et cassis, note un effet rappelant le bubble gum, rétro finement herbacé et feuille de thé blanc offrant des notes de fruits mûrs. Ponctué par de fines effluves de de feuilles qui reviennent sur la fin. Palais met bien en avant le caractère feuillu de thé blanc, fruité plaisant entre bleuet et cassis, le côté prune revient sur la fin et est accompagné par le profil de feuilles de thé. En bouche le tout est moyennement épais avec une amertume plaisante des houblons. Au bouquet le côté bleuet était plus présent, ici ce dernier est subtil et laisse plus de place aux autres ingrédients dont la prune qui offre un effet plus renforcé.
