22/XI/22 - 33cl bottle @ HoReCa expo (Gent), BB: 23/II/24 (2022-1651) Thanks to Erwin, Peter and others for sharing today’s beers.
Clear blond beer, small aery creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, a bit of chlorine, touch of banana, green apples. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit sourish, yeasty, a little bitter, very spicy, coriander. Aftertaste: more coriander, spicy, dry, a bit malty, yeasty, soapy finish, meh, not a big fan.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Deep golden colour, good creamy white head, good retention, good lacing. Rather shy aroma, pale malts, lemon, herbal hops. Smooth taste, medium sweet and light to medium bitter, orange, grapefruit, herbal notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, short smooth semi-dry sweetbitter aftertaste, peppery on the tongue but on the whole not that spice, friendly fellow, nice.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of mid sweet wheat malt, some herbs. Taste of mid sweet grainy malt wheat, some herbs.

Glas geprobeerd bij Brew @ the Zoo. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het aroma is kruidig met tonen van kruidnagel. De smaak is kruidig, kruidnagel en koriander en zacht zoet.

Glas bij Brew @ the Zoo. Goudgeel helder bier met matig schuim. Aroma is fruitig en bitter. Smaak is zacht fruitig, zoet en hoppig. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Light haze on this gold beer, small off white head that doesn't hang around. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Light malts, a little thin perhaps, just a trace of creamy sweetness. The Sorachi Ace hops punch through loud and clear. Presenting here with a fair amount of floralness in the lemon and a touch of herb and unsweet bubblegum. Don't often get the latter from this great hop, might be the yeast, but I think it's the hop. Finishes light and fairly dry with a bitterish floralness. Interesting blonde, nice to get a Sorachi fix.

Bottle. Almost clear golden. Bready malts, strong Sorachi Ace with some sweat and cat pee, orange zest, white pepper, pine wood, bitter herbs. Medium sweet and bitter. Drinkeable.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 06.08.2022) im 2022-04 getrunken. Dieses Bier kommt kristallklar, golden, mit fester weißer Schaumkrone daher. Ist dort ein Blütenhonigaroma? Ansonsten ist es recht süffig mit leichter Hefenote und kaum Hopfeneinlfuss. Nicht schlecht!
