Bottle. Almost clear golden body with a big, frothy white head. Aroma has mild pale malt, spicy yeast and hint of oranges. Flavor is light and smooth with pale malt like a blonde, fruity yeast and not too distinct kveik flavored. Medium body and aftertaste. It’s drinkable, but I feels it end up to anonymous without any distinct flavors from all the ingredient that seems a lot more exiting at the paper.

[Vintage 2018] 750mL bottle. Pours hazy deep yellow with white head. Aroma has thick, bready malts, juniper; has a general yeasty quality. Flavour has pale, bready malts, juniper, some cardboard. Thick mouthfeel. Not really like anything else I've at at this point; I don't love it, but it's cool to try.

2018 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orangey brown with a small white head. Aroma is certainly strange, with some juniper, general herbal notes, and some weird fungal notes -- very odd; I don't feel like I have the language to describe this. Flavour has some very strange fungal and herbal notes, juniper, some oxidation, and bready notes. Not terrible, but I'm finding it hard to find things to like about it..

Dull, hazy. The aroma showcases some raw notes...not sure how to describe that. Light juniper notes. On the palate, the juniper isn't subtle, and again there's a bit of those raw sort of malt notes. It certainly feels historical, and has a good balance. A touch of plastic notes. It's neither sweet nor dry...doesn't have the most complexity, but I like what's there. Great to get a chance to drink this.

(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Malty nose with sourdough bread, hay, yellow apples, orange and juniper berries. Malty taste with notes of bread, hay, apples, orange peel, juniper berries, spices and a mild herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Elegant and refreshing. Quite nice.

--Bottled at Haket (BB 07/05/21) --Clear copper colour, small head. Cardboard is starting to get the better of bread and juniper berries. Mid dry with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Pleasantly dry slender, firm malt. Mild spicy hay and juniper berries. Low bitterness. Pleasant beer, but served on the older side.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a cloudy, murky grayish amber with a tiny, dissipating off-white head. Nose has a hard to define grainyness and alcohol. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, almost completely flat, somewhat phenollic and rustic with some bittering hops. Quite primitive but not unpleasant as such. 130123
