Bottle, Global Wines, Birmingham. Poured a standard clear golden colour with a reasonable sized white head. Low key aroma with dusty hop and biscuit malt notes Restrained hop flavour, that had some citrus lurking and led to some bitterness ,but all slightly ho hum really. Somewhat of a chore to finish the bottle and that’s never a great sign.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and flowery. The flavor is sweet with notes of elderflowers, malt, and some butterscotch, leasding to a bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle picked up at Webbs of Wychbold, a huge Garden Centre signposted off of the M5 and between Droitwich and Bromsgrove, Worcs 13-04-09 consumed later that day. Pours crystal clear, light to mid amber with a large white foamy head that quickly departed. Some sweet citrus, swet honey and even a little bit of an overipe yellow plum in the mouth, quite juicy but finishes slightly dry and bitter with a touch of biscuit. The aroma was lightly hoppy. Tasty beer. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov14 3.5
