In unserem „Mama's Balkon“ in Buenos Aires hat vor vielen, vielen Jahren alles angefangen. Dieses Bier ist eine Hommage an unsere Anfänge und an den langen Weg, den wir zurückgelegt haben. Ein Juicy Pale Ale 5,1 % Alc. und 37 IBU, mit einem starken Hopfenaroma und Noten von Ananas und Melone. Mittelleichter Körper mit Aromen von tropischen Früchten, Birnen und Zitrusfrüchten, dies ist ein leicht zu trinkendes Hazy Pale Ale.

ABV: 5.1%. Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, minerals, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet fruit, fruity hops, fruity malt, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220513]

Yellowish with a frothy, white head. Aroma of pineapple, pine, and papaya. Taste is bitter, mildly citric. Finishes with resin and a hint of candy sweetness. Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, high on the refreshing scale. A good one.
