Polotmavý rubínový speciál se zajímavými tóny karamelu a čerstvě upečeného chleba. Hořká vůně ale s jemnou květinovou stopou dávají pivu pikantní povahu a vytrvalou hořkost.
Malt special reddish honey beer with interesting caramel notes and taste after freshly baked bread. A bitter scent with a delicate floral trail gives the beer persistent bitterness.
ABV 5.1%-5.8% (potentially 4.5% as well). IBU 27-38. 13°-13.5°.

Unclear amber with a creamy head. Dry lemon zest, roasted malt, estery notes, buttery, DMS, raisins. Dry zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty malty bitter finish. A good polotmavý.

Tap @ Vojanův dvůr, Prague. Hazy amber brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 250723

On tap at the brewpub, shared with hrabren. Amberish coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, yeasty and mild caramel nose. Yeasty, herbal, weak caramel, dry bitter finish and aftertaste.

On tap at the brewpub, shared with Ogi. Unclear amber, small off-white head. Soft bready, caramelly, soft fruity, yeasty, some sourdough. Soft bready notes, sweetness, some fruity sweetness, some bitterness. Soft body and carbonation, dry finish.

Tap @ the brewery. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, hops, fruits and malt. Nice bitter finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy, amber colored. AROMA- plum, apple, cherry, bready, noble hops. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, bread crusts, toasted malts, plum, cherry, noble hops. Medium bodied. Nice one.

Tap at the brewpub, where their idea of small beer is 0.4l. Well great. That's one douchebag way of getting rid of stocks. Anywho. Lovely misty dark amber body, not quite ruby but why not. Off white head. Caramelly-dark malts-rye bread in the aroma, lean, sweetish, fine. Soft very soft body, subdued rye/caramel notes, with weird minerally-herbal notes that are partly from hops I guess. I mean, chuggable, okay, but imperfect.
