Jet black, small beige head. Aroma is cloyingly sweet, toasty cereals, and super boozy vanilla/cocoa syrup. Thick, oily mouth feel, no carb. Medium bitter, crazy sweet, chocolate syrup with vanilla and bourbon flavouring. Not very good at all.

A deep dark stout with a very thin light brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light bourbon barrel notes, woody notes, alcohol warmth, light nutella, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits,, bourbon barrel notes, light nutty notes, alcohol warmth, a bit thin, but still nice. On tap at Festibiere de Gatineau 2022.

Jet black brown with almost no head. Nice light sweet bourbon notes, touch of cola. Coconut, carbonation, a bit thin and a decent finish. Second sips are better with chocolate and some bourbon. Solid.
