Chocolate & caramel notes from roasted malt collide with creamy, peanut butter flavor, creating a luxurious combination on the palate. Subtle sweetness, medium body & creamy mouthfeel give way to a smooth finish, providing a liquid dessert sensation for the senses. Cheers!

Can to glass...dark brown with a thin beige head....weird peanut smell. Taste isn't bad. I get the cocoa and peanut taste. Has an artificial ish quality about it but also not terrible overall....mixed feelings here

Pour is more of a deep dark red with a large tan head. Aroma is all peanuts. Flavor is again all peanuts. Not much of the porter came out as this was pretty thin but this is all about the peanuts.

Can. A- Nutty, cocoa. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, tan head. T- Nutty, cocoa, roasty. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. O- Okay. Very nutty and borderline being quite dry. Could use a tad more sweetness and dare I say may benefit from lactose.

12oz can. Pretty solid for the style, not too sweet, well attentuated enough. Classic chocolate and peanut and roast malt flavor. Medium bodied, easy drinking. Good for what it is.

Can (10/8/21) pour from Friar Tuck, Crestwood. It’s a dark dark brown—virtually opaque—with tons of bubbles at the side of the glass and nice sparkle, 4-finger width tan head with decent retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong peanut butter, roasted malts and chocolate. Taste is unsweetened peanut butter, earthy roasted malts and cocoa. Mouthfeel is light side of light to medium bodied with smooth thin texture soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, peanut butter could be sweeter but avoids rancid peanut oil. Thin.
