Sunday Best is a southern hemisphere pale ale brewed with our good friends North Brewing Co.
Vienna and Wheat malt bring a soft texture and light bready malt character. Hopped with Enigma, Galaxy, Motueka and Vic Secret to give a bright clean tropical hit backed up with a firm bitterness.

Tap at Sommar, Brindleyplace, Birmingham. Poured a hazy golden colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, light tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a crisp, floral, passionfruit, melon, lychee, dry hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Fresh, fruity and tasty.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 03/04/22. Hazed orange with a well presented white cap. Nose is juicy citric flesh, papaya, melon, floral notes, lychee, stoned fruit whisper. Taste comprises orange pith, soft malts, would have guessed a little pissy Nelon presence ... but not listed, melon, stoned fruits, guava, tangerine, light pine nip. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent drop.
