Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops, lactose acid and has a slight earthy finish.

Bottle from Tidens Farver @ Home. Pours hazy dark amber with a small tan head, lacings. Aroma is light sour, malt, wood, tart fruit, red berries, cherry, mild spice. Flavor is tart, light sour, malt, wet wood, oak, beerries, cherry. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light sweet and light tart finish. 110622

375ml bottle at BrewDog Leicester. Reddish brown, mostly clear. Very little head. Aroma of oak, savoury herbs, sweet red berry, claret. Taste is a little too sweet for my liking for this style, with a bit of cherry before sinking down to a delectable tartness on the finish. Body is light as befits the style, with heavy carbonation.

Little cloudy red brown beer, small creamy bit irregular beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: fruity, banana, little funky, wild yeast, some tannins. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: little sweet, some dried fruits, very earthy, veal, mushrooms, little bitter, bit metallic, soft acidity. Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, earthy, lots of banana peel, a bit metallic.
