Can shared at work. Pale golden with a white head. Nose is peppery phenols, sesame which is guess is also some phenolic component, light malts, a hoppy touch. Taste is vague malt sweetness first, then dries out quickly, it shows hoppy notes and lots of esters. Light bodied, almost watery, with a high carbonation.

Okay enough. Some zest lemony fruit peel in there. No overt off flavours. It’s fine. Goblet zagreb

Canned 440ml. -at Gobet Zagreb, Ophiussa TTO. Pale pale yellow coloured, medium sized airy white head, chlorophenols in the nose. Chlorophenols, watery, light plastic and weak fruity with short dryish finish. Bad batch probably (several cans were opened).

Hazy straw yellow with a porous large head audibly retreating. Uncommon nose mango, grape, gooseberry. Very session-y: hardly detectable alcohol. Slight hit of fruit up front but replaced by fizzy water. Slight tangy finish. Needs more of something, another 5 IBU of hops maybe?

Re-rating (previous 2.6 - 2.7) Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 25B - table). Can 44 cl - Batch L121222 (BBF 12.06.23). AROMA: medium-high hop aroma with notes of green citrus. very faint sulphury note in the background. low neutral malt with a faint sweetness. APPEARANCE: light straw color and hazy. low white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium hop flavour with green-citrus notes (lime). very low neutral malt in the background. medium-high bitterness with a dry finish and yeasty. MOUTHFEEL: light body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: after 3 ratings, its still NOT a Saison. Feels like a session apa.
