Bottle. Dark brown body with a big, fluffy, fading off-white head. A bit weak aroma of malt and chocolate. Flavor is moderate, sweet, malt, moderate bitterness and not much chocolate. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite plain and feels a bit unfresh. Not my type of stout.

Bottled (from Vinmonopolet Kirkenes). Black colour,small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, sour wood, some and mild nutty notes. Flavour is fruity, nutty and some mild floral notes and mild toffee with alcohol in the finish.

Bottle shared with Holmen1 at Bjørnøy 08.05.21. Dark brown. Pale brown head and lacing. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, dark chocolate, dark caramel, pine and pine shoots. Good!

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.3%, IBU 14. Black colour, small tan head. Weak aroma of chocolate and dust. Soft mouthfeel. Moderately sweet and malty flavour with notes of chocolate. Minimal hops. Nice enough to drink.

Dark brown colour, small brownish head. A bit toasted, fresh aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish, woody, colaish flavoir, Neh.

At a tasting, thanks, gushing quickly disappearing bubbly head, murky black color, aroma of dried figs, coal and a whiff of minerals, same traits in flavor but much too sweet and some plastic. Not good.
0,3 litre Bottle from Vinmonopolet Moa Ålesund. Almost Black with little head. Roasted malts, hops, Chocolate and coffee. Mild.

0,33 flaske fra Statens helsekostavdeling på Kvaddå, hjemme sept-18: brunsvart med mye men kortvarig skum - overkarbonert, med andre ord. Og overkarboneringen står litt veien for smaksinntrykket, som allikevel er mykt og behagelig uten å bli for søtt. Melkesjokolade, konfekt, moccabønner, kakao, vanilje. Mild, sjokoladeaktig bitterhet i avslutningen. Overraskende lang ettersmak, hvor sjokoladen henger igjen.

KØLF 100818. Red black color with a tan head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt. Flavor is chocolate, yeast, roasted malt, cocoa, fruit. Nice beer.
