Tap. The Bear. Keep MTB. One of those you think you must have had. Light haze on a lemon gold. Decent swede. All the witbier with a faint smokiness. Easy drinking.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head, which does disappear quite fast. Aroma is coriander and wheat with some slight zesty tones. Flavour is zesty, some mild wheaty and parfumed soapy tones with a bit coriander and some herbs to it. Refreshing and quite ok for a Witbier.

Wheaty... almost weizen like. Taste is more Belgian. Taste is good but feels a little underpowered somehow.

4.8% ABV on the label. Bottle. Coreander and orange in the aroma. Lots of coreander and orange Peel in the wheaty sweet flavor. Well balanced, maybe a bit too much coreander.

0,33 flaske delt med skibsrederen på Holmens siste aktivitetsdag i 2018: uklar strågylden med ok skum. Koriander, gjær, høy, bitterappelsin, mild citrus og like milde urter i velsmakende kombinasjon.

Keg tap at the Canalhouse, Nottingham. Yellow and hazy with a small ring of white head and uneven lacing. I get coriander but also a metallic note in the aroma. Taste is sweet and spicy but without that wonderful yeasty hit one gets in so many witbiers. Just that little bit medicinal in the finish. Heavily carbonated. Decent but by Kernel standards i am not overly keen. Shame.
