BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 09Apr2022. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, light funk. Taste is apple, funky, tart and tangy, with some tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying astringent bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Coracle. Clear gold appearance. Light medium apple fruit on the nose. Taste is clean and light, surprisingly little tannin presence for Ross on Wye and surprisingly clean as well, though a subtle tannic grip presents itself on the finish. Medium apple fruit. Ok but expected a bit more complexity.
