Bottle. Color: Black, thin light brown head. Aroma: Roasted malt, Whiskey, notes of dark coffee and vanilla. Taste: Roasted malt, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice and fudge with strong but not overwhelming boozy notes of Whiskey, peat and subtle vanilla notes. Oak hints, pretty smooth dry and warming mouthfeel. Very well balanced. Bit earthy roasted and boozy finish. Moderate to medium sweet and bitter. Full body, below average carbonation. One of the best, if not the best Dutch BA Imperial Stout. Great.

Bottle. Black pour. Delicious aroma of rich vanilla, cherry, oak, chocolate, some licorice caramel fudge, molasses and nice whisky. Flavor of smooth ben nevis, cherry, vanilla, chocolate, oak, sticky molasses, caramel fudge, whisky booze, licorice and a long flavorful finish. Fantastic beer, extreme barrel aging done right.
