Flascherl: Light amber coloured, small but persisting off-white head, mild to moderate sweetish-sourish aroma of caramel and wheat with a mild yeasty background; mild to moderate - again - sourish-sweetish flavour, hardly medium bodied and not overly soft; slightly lingering mild caramelly-wheaty finish with a delicate sourish-bitter aftertaste. Not really convincing...

Bottle @ home. Pours cloudy brown with a offwhite head, some floaties. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, caramel, light tartness. Flavor is rather sweet with wheat, yeast, caramel, sweet fruit, banana, light citrus. Medium body, somehow overcarbonated. 100314

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, röstmalzig, leicht fruchtig würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht würzig, leicht fruchtig.

500ml bottle. Hazy, dark brown chestnut colour with average, frothy, tan head. Wheaty, fruity aroma, hints of banana, baked banana, a touch of lemon and mandarine. Taste is minimally tart, dark malty with subtle sweetness, slightly wheaty, hints of baked banana and mandarine; sensible carbonation.

Pours darkamber / brown with a stable creamy white head. Nose is bread, fruit and wheat. Flavor has some tart fruit, wheat, banana and caramel.

50cl bottle. BB 04.01.14. Brown sugar colored, thin white head. Aroma has banana, clove, alcohol and sweetness. Flavor has banana, caramel, alcohol and yeasty notes. Long fruity finish. Alcohol too evident in this one to be really enjoyable. Body is quite thin also.

Bottle @ Zentraleuropäischer Wahnsinn 2. Pours hazy dark amber with airy off-white head. Dustybaroma with notes of hops and malt. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with sweetish hints of banana, yeast and malt. High carbonation. Mildly rough and bananalike finish. Acceptable.

Bottle, 5.4%. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is slightly caramelly, and also a bit citric. Not much banana or caramel. Low bitterness.
