Draught @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Pours cloudy orange with a smooth head. Aroma of juicy tropical fruits, pineapple, mango and citrus with some herbal notes and grassy hops. Taste is smooth, hoppy and grassy with some pine, tropical fruits, citrus, pineapple, mango and grapefruit. Finish is hoppy, slightly pellety and sweetish with some pine, citrus, mango and tropical fruits, hints of herbal notes and hop burn. Pretty good despite the slightly pellety notes.

Can. Wine Rack, Sharrow, Sheffield. Super chic, fully opaque, glowing gold. Film of lacing, white head. Nose has pineapple. Ripe citrus. Oily hop leaf. Dank and fusty, verging on savoury, but just staying the right side. Light on the oats, too. Smells great. Taste is sweet and fruity, with a decent hit of citrusy and sappy bitterness. Really good balance here. Smooth and silky mouthfeel, with the bitterness giving the feeling that this is proper beer, and not a smoothie. More bitterness to finish, too. This disappeared in minutes. Lovely.

Smooth and slightly soft pale malts, decent creamy sweetness. Smooth pine. Nibbly hop spice. Smooth rich citrus. Spicy tropical fruits. Smooth spicy fruity finish. Nice. But normally Whiplash tell us more about the beer
