330ml bottle. Chestnut colour with ruby shimmer and small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Mildly smoky, caramel malty aroma, hints of wood ashes, dark caramel, a touch of malt lozenge, herbal aspects. Taste is mildly smoky and caramel malty, notes of wood ashes, dark caramel, a touch of olibanum; slightly warming, minimally alcoholic finish. Oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Nice composition, balanced, homogeneous - very tasty!

Direct from the brewery. Brown with a creamy, beige head. Aroma of licorice, anise, smoked grains. Taste is bittersweet up front, mildly bitter at the back with lingering raisins and spice. Full-bodied, mild carbonation. Very nicely done.

trinitator, holy doppelbock von orca brau, Fläschchen vom Landbierparadies24. - Tiefdunkles Rotbraun, undurchsichtig. - In der Nase schweres dunkles Malz, schön rauchmalzig, dunkle Brotkruste, feine Süße von Bayrisch Blockmalz und elegante, leicht mediterrane zitrusfruchtige Hopfung. - Antrunk satt und schwer dunkel- und toastmalzig mit schöner runder Malzbonbonsüße, feiner aber nicht penetranter Rauchigkeit, Anklängen an Rosinen und Weingelee, abgerundet mit eleganter zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung. Milder rezent, vollmundig, perfekt kaschierter Alkohol. Sehr schöner Abgang mit feiner Rauchigkeit und dezent zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung. - Schwerer aber sehr runder, äußerst gediegener Doppelbock.
