Biotransformed dry-hopped saison. Combined with Nelson Sauvin, Enigma hops the molecules give the impression of a light, spritzy sauvignon blance, but better, because it's beer.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blond with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of pale malt, lemon, guava, pineapple, funky yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, green grape, apricot, orange, passion fruit, pineapple, spicy yeast, white wine and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a slick texture and average carbonation. Tasty and easy to drink.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy blond colour. Very nice aroma, there is mild funk, lemon peel, tropical fruit. Dry and soft mouthfeel; there is some spicy yeast, light funk, some bitter orange peel; balanced bitterness; good, but overall the aroma is more intriguing than the flavour.

Hazy medium gold body and some okay foam. Smells of tangy hops and soft cereal. Taste is nice tangy weedy hops, pine notes, dry grain. Finishes dry and saccharine, very nice. Pretty good, a nice hoppy saison.

16oz on Alex's porch. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: lots of hops, citrusy, a bit lemony, some farmhouse notes. Taste: along the same lines, finishes with a noticeable bitterness coming probably from both hops and Brett. Overall: pretty good, but I would want more vugs and farmhouse notes in this one.

Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Tons of fruity notes, orange, pineapple and a touch of guava. Touch of guava and citrus with a clean finish.

463 ml can. Pours a hazy amber. Aromas of old yeast, light tropical fruit, and wheaty malts. Flavors of candied citrus, dull Belgian yeast, a bit of bacon and soft wheaty malts. Not getting this one.

473mL can, pours a hazy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, citrus tangibles, and some floral note. Flavour is fairly tangy, with citrus hops, rustic saison yeast, and gentle floral notes. Nice citrus tanginess, with just enough farmhouse yeast. Solid stuff.

Poured 473mL can. Hazy gold with small white head. Melon and some tropical hops, mild saison yeast, both slightly dry and juicy simultaneously, enjoyable. No clue what biotransformed means.

Orangey colour. Not much head. This one's got a lot of melon, apricot, pineapple, just an abundant fruit character. Quite dry, lean, not much malt but still some sweetness. That allows an orange juice character to come out, along with those other fruits. Digging this.
