Draught@Põhjala Taproom, Tallinn. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is Islay Whiskey, some liquorice, herbs, toffee and a wee bit of alcohol. Flavour is wood, some whiskey along with some oak and mild alcohol.

330ml bottle direct from Tallinn, many thanks to Visionthing for this beer gift. Jet black in the glass, slowly diminishing fawn-coloured head leaving tiny spots on the glass. Appealing aromas of vanilla chocolate. Solid and balanced taste character of confectionery chocolate and coffee. Lingering finish of chocolate and slightly roasted coffee, warming down the swallow. Decent slow sipper. (Rating session with Finn, djoeye and Imojoh, Tromsø 15.04.2020).

Spandert av Visionthing. Delt med djoeye, lmojoh og Rune i WCveien. Svart. Høyt lysebrunt skum som daler passe sakte. God bourbonaroma. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken lær, røstet malt. Kakao i avslutning. Utmerket øl. Alkoholen?

Black colour. Rich chocolate with moderate roast, the sugar level is not too high, and it has a nice boozy touch.

Dark brown, has a nice barrel aroma, some coffee, ends up as okay. Lots of vanilla up front, then the coffee rolls in. There's some alcohol in the finish but I'm happy with the balance.

330mL botle, pours black with a small brown head. Aroma is loaded with deep coffee upfront, with moderate bourbon barrels presence. Flavour is heavier on the bourbon barrels upfront, with rich, earthy and fruity coffee, and toasted malt. Great marriage of bourbon and coffee, though the coffee is fruitier than it is roasty. Rather boozy too, but it's pleasant. Very nice.
