(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 13 Aug 2023) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with unripe tropical fruit, citrus, funky yeast and oak wood. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, green grapes, funk, oak wood and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tart, with a funky and woody touch. Very nice.

37,5 cl Fles van Oedipus webshop. Vrijwel helder goudgele kleur, dunne witte kraag. Frisse citroen, verbena, licht bloemig, licht zuur, hint van vanille, hout, hint van de rode wijn, licht en fris maar super smaakvol. Heerlijk.

Tap at Oedipus, 24th March 2022. Pours a clear straw colour. Aroma is tart fruits. Taste is tart and sour, fruity, lime, refreshing stuff, good in sun.

Sample taste at wildeman, very pale beer, small head. Fruit, citrus, hops, vinous, salinity. Taste is fruity, citrus, hops, salt, tart, fresh. Very nice

0.375 l bottle from 'Ace Drinks', bottled in January 2021. A bit hazy, golden yellow with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity and slightly vinous aroma of lemon, quince, red wine and some lime peel. Minimally sweet, gently sour, rather fruity, moderately vinous taste of lemon, red wine, oak, lime and a touch of quince, followed by a short, gently tart, a bit minerally-salty, moderately woody-dry finish. Medium body, smooth, gently astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very refreshing and well-balanced sour ale, really nice.
