Clean & crisp, tasteful & fun, just like the style throughout Copenhagen. And just like a majority of the Danish, its blonde!! Brewed with a touch of Caramel and Biscuit malt, plus Grains of Paradise for a subtle complexity and extra depth of flavor. Made in collaboration with our BFF brewmaster Søren Wagner from Dry & Bitter Brewing Company and the famous Fermentoren bar of Copenhagen. Skål - Cheers!!

bottle from boxbeers, almost clear orange, offwhite head. fruity and slightly malty sweet aroma, but not too sweet, also very dry. grapefruit and white sugar. Flavor is very fruity, also bitter hoppy and sweet malty. the bitterness is slightly herbal, the herbal note is a bit similar to green tea.. Fairly drinkable, but also comes off as a bit experimental, where the end result is more weird than pleasant. The beer is velvety soft and a quencher.

Sample at the Hoppin’ Frog Tasting Room during the "Vanilla Bitters Barrel-Aged BORIS Release Party!" on 03/11/2017. The beer is a clear dark golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Stringy lacing. Aroma of floral hops, malt and a bit of fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of grassy hops, malt and fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a floral hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
