Can. Clear red-tinged amber/copper with a small white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, grains and stale hops. Reminds me of many saturday mornings in my younger days actually. Taste of malts, some caramel, a little bit of grains and metal. Stale hops shine again. Medium carbonation. On the plus-side I think the alcohol is rather well hidden. All in all it's just another low-cost beer that tastes accordingly. As with the other pseudo-craft offerings from Steam Brew I can sense the heartburn right away.

500ml can [Thanx Petter!]. Clear, redd-ish, chestnut colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grainy malty aroma, hints of spelt, a cautious touch of cola, metallic overtones. Taste is bitter hoppy and grainy malty, minimally roasty, hints of spelt, coffee surrogate, a touch of cola, metallic overtones. not much intensity of flavours; way too bitter for its thin body, at the same time unneccesary high abv.

Can, 7.9%. Weak metallic aroma. Clear dark amber colour. Small unstable frothy white head. The flavour is malty and quite papery. Weak caramel finish. Does not taste as much of alcohol as expected.

can from local Lidl. Goldeen brown with a mid-sized fluffy head. Quite light-bodied for sthe strength, etery malty background with a little sweetness, shy but rather sharp woody hops in the finish. Imho quite unbalanced. Not my cup of tea.
