Kind of hazy. Taste is good though. Some juiciness in there for some reason. Citrus. But easy going. And has a lager feel rather than a lot of these IPLs which just taste like session IPAs.

Pours hazy straw yellow with an inmense and lasting white head. Aroma: lemony malts, grapefruit and grass. Taste: grass, hay and earthy cereals. Lemony grainy mouthfeel.

Draft: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, citrus, grass, cereal. Taste is fruity, citrus, grainy, resinous.

Tap at the kernel tap room bermondsey arch 7. A mostly clear bright golden yellow, coloured with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is earthy cereal, wet dog, grass, pine. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grainy, pine, little resin, dirty straw,. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation. Firm bitterness.

A very light haze on this yellowish gold beer, decent white head. Noticeably paler than the Nelson Sauvin Pils that preceded this one. Palate is light and semi dry, a decent fine minerally crispness. Light and reasonably smooth malts. Modest lager tang. Like the Nelson edition, hopping seems to be pretty light. Unlike the Nelson edition, the Galaxy still comes through with a light tropical fruits that become a little candyish towards the finish. Smooth pine overlay. Fairly dry finish. Nice lager.
