Table beer fermented with a Norwegian Kveik strain, and lightly dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Chinook. Added spruce and pine work, fermented at 35 degrees Celsius. Dry hopped with German Mandarina Bavaria Hops and American Chinook hops at 4g/L. A delicate low alcohol summer beer, with notes of pine, forest floors, orange, and freshly baked bread.

Draught. Hazy pale golden colour with a small foamy white head, which leaves some lace. Aromais earthy, sweet fruits, mild zesty with some spruce tips. Flavour is zesty, spicy, some sweet malts, mild grass and some lemongrass and spruce tips.

Taster showing moderately filtered pale amber showing a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense very clean notes of hay and barn door. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Clean moderately intense notes of malt with light hints of hay and a barely noticeable bitterness. Clean and easy.

Beaverfest. Keg. Very hazy yellow - gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts. Tangy spicy pine. Little tangy citrus. Light finish. Quite a tangy affair. Okay.

Tap at MCBT. Pale straw gold, light bodied and dry with a big woodsy pine flavor but actually deftly balanced making it easy to drink. If you didn't know it was made with spruce you'd just think it was hoppy.

Keg at Beaverex '18, day one, 07/09/18. Hazed golden orange with a big old off white covering. Nose is mellow citric peel, grains, straw, stale bread. Taste comprises citric peel, spruce, herb, light balsa wood, faint yeast, grass, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok saison for the ABV.

Keg St the stone works Peterborough. An attractive, translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is lemon pear, wheat, pine. Flavour is composed of soft wheat, white bread, pine needles, lemon, grass, light chalk, stone fruit.. Palate is crisp, frorhy airy carbonation,. Little bubble gum in the finish.

Keg at The Italian Job at Mercato. It pours hazy pale golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, sweet fruits, brioche, orange sponge cake, biscuit and pine/spruce. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, earthy, musty, orange peel, tangerine, pine, spruce, muffin, spice and grass with a dry finish. Lighter bodied with moderate, foamy carbonation. Good depth to it and plenty going on. Fun stuff.
