DDH Foggy IPA with Citra, Centennial, Simcoe & Chinook
One part fashion statement, two parts comfort. Three parts embarrassing the kids. We named this beer after our favorite Santa Cruz tourist phenomenon, in hopes that our beer might someday be just as popular. An unfiltered IPA made with oats, Citra, Centennial, Simcoe, and Chinook, using less traditional hopping techniques. More juicy and aromatic with less bitterness up front.
AROMA: Orange juice, mimosa, lime zest
FLAVOR: Pineapple, cantaloupe
MOUTHFEEL: Creamy, medium

Pours a hazy, light lemon yellow color, with minimal head. Aroma is grass and hops, with maybe a touch of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor follows suit, largely. There's kind of a mustiness to the overall flavor.

Can from Cap Tap. Pours hazy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is very juicy. Mostly citrus, but perhaps some tropical notes. Med plus body. Flavor is juicy, but rather dry. Citrus for sure. Green melon? Not sure. Oats seem prominent. Decently bitter.
