Bottle pour at The Cider House - Borough Market, pours a deep dark amber brown. Aroma brings out burnt sugars, toffee apple, and some molasses. Flavour is rich and sugary, with lots of burnt dark sugars, stewed apples, toffee apples, and molasses. Complex and lots of dark sugars. Very good but not a top-tier ice cider.

Sample thanks to Danlo: Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is apple pie, spices, caramel, graham cracker. Taste is carbonated, tangy apple, boosty, sharp apple towards finish.

Sample, thanks to Danlo. Pale golden yellow appearance. Nice sweet apple nose. Sweet, refined elegant feel with a fine light spritz. Really nice this.

7/5/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is rich, apple pie, sweet baked apple, sugar, warming tones. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, soft carbonation. Tangy rich tart finish. Very good.

375ml bottle from Cider is Wine. 2020 Vintage. Pale golden colour, no head and aroma of sweet apple, fleshy, boozy. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, with caramel & toffee notes, some tartness, and drying with warming booze. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet boozy finish. Nicely sippable.
