On tap at Valhalla Prague, shared with hrabren and Marko. Pitch black coloured, small brownish head, chocolate and maple syrup in the nose. Roasted malt, alcohol, maple syrup, cinnamon, notes of chocolate and again cinnamon in the finish. Bit too much on a spicy side.

On tap at Valhalla Beer Club, Prague, shared with Marko and Ogi. Dark brown to black, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, nutty, chocolate, spices, nutmeg, cinnamon, caramel. Smooth, roasty, slightly burnt, alcohol hidden. Some bitterness, nice full nutty profile in the back, some tartness. Spices. Full body, soft carbonation, lasting warming finish.

Tap at Valhalla with Hrabren and Ogivlado. Pitch black, whiteish head. Creamy coffee and vanilla aroma, maple, citric, lovely. Cinnamon and maple taste, roast, dark chocolate, sweetish, surprisingly light and dry. Solid.

On tap at Valhalla, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of maple syrup, a little cinnamon, and medium roast. Flavour is full of cinnamon and maple syrup, with dry cocoa and only gentle sweetness. Well-balanced for such an adjunct-heavy beer. Good.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 08.04.2024) im 2022-06 getrunken. Dieses IStout mit dunkelbrauner Schaumkrone hat wieder die ölige Viskosität die typisch für Nerdbrewing ist. Gleich sind kräftige 80%ige Schokoladen-Aromen präsent. Die Schokoladen-Bitterkeit wird von den Ahornsirup sehr gut ausbalanciert. Hintergrund ist dann noch eine Milchkaffee-Note zu entdecken. Wieder ein erstklassiges, schwaeres Stout!

Tap MBCC 2022 Yellow Session. Poured almost black with a round bubbly tan head. The aroma is big vanilla, roasty malt. The flavour is moderate sweet, with rich, slightly oily, herbal, light chocolate, liqourice bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.
