Can from lowcostbeer.com. Consumed 3 days after BBE. Hazy golden-orange with consistent small white top. Dank aroma with grapefruit, melon, citrus hints, herbs. Very hoppy taste of mango, herbs, grapefruit, sharp citrus, light pine resin. Medium to full bodied, pillowy, Another excellent one from Azvex.

25/2/2023. Can from Beer Central, Sheffield. Shared at SBGP1. Pours almost clear pale yellow gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of mango, tropical fruits, herb, grass, dank and husky notes. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, creamy, soft carbonation. Very nice.

Panda at home, thanks to Graham, 06/03/23. Moderately hazed golden to light amber with a decent just off white covering. Nose is orange zest, raw pineapple, grass, pine nip, citric tinged straw, toasted malts. Taste comprises orange marmalade, grass, airy malts, light breads, melon, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with light resinous hop bitterness. Okay approachable DIPA but Mosaic not really shining like it used to.

Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Smooth start to the palate, develops good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Smooth malts, a light and pleasing creamy sweetness. Mosaic Mosaic Mosaic says the can. This hop spent years in the wilderness for me, a pale shadow of its former great self. But then this year there has been some better batches and they have got back to something recognisable as Mosaic whilst still only 70% to 80% of its best. And this is very much the case here. Soft candy fruits, and mild tropical fruits and just a whisper of blueberry if you are looking for it. Rounded pine and a pinch of hop spice on the finish. A pleasant and very drinkable dipa.

Tight white head on an unclear slowly carbonating golden coloured body. Dank, weed & hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, sharp, dry as a bone & clean. Bitter, pithy, peach, grapefruit & dank resinous tastes with an extremely hopped up marmalade tasting finish. Love it!
