Colaborativa con Jester King (USA). Original cerveza elaborada un Viernes 13 de Octubre junto a nuestros amigos de Jester King Brewery. Es una American Wild con romero y callampas de los bosques de Valparaíso. Posteriormente fue fermentada y madura por largo tiempo en barricas de vino Carignan, para así obtener una cerveza única y mortal!

Appearance: Orange colour with a white head.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is red berries, sweaty socks, cloudberries and some mild tart tones with citric acidity to it. Flavour is very dry wood, some red berries and mild funk and some funk. Smooth, but at the same time nicely dry.

--Bottled, from Etre Gourmet. -- Almost clear orange colour, small head. Acetic winegum aroma. Citric with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Winegum, vinegar and white wine, mild funkiness. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, very thin white head. Aroma: Tart and sweet, Rosemary, funky, fruity grape notes. Taste: Over moderate to medium tart, herbal Rosemary, fruity and vinuous grape / wine notes. Funky wild yeast. Mouldy, subtle fungus notes. Just under medium body, below average carbonation. Light sweetness.

Little cloudy orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: very fruity, lots of peaches, some apricots, sourish impression, lemony, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good acidity, nectarines, fruity, very sourish, acid really burns your throat. Aftertaste: citrus, fruity, acidic, very sourish, more fruity notes.

Couleur dorée/orangée, pas de col.
Arôme est fin sur le sour et funk, effet de baies, groseilles, sécheresse des grains avec ce retrait américain dans l'usage de la barrique et des levuees sauvages.
Palais présente un agréable côté funk, fine acidité sans être surfait, petit ajout rappelant un fruité tropical et cet apport clairement orienté vers le wild ale américain - la touche Jester King n'est pas innocente ici. Sensation de baies rappelant un peu la groseille, et note de fruit de la passion pour l'acidité.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is umami, mushrooms, grapes, wheat - yeast, grapes - wine, barrel - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, umami, mushrooms, grapes, oak - barrel, wheat - yeast, wine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
