Dark Lager in German style. The beer has got an amber tint and has got a light coffee and chocolate flavour that is obtained by using caramel and roasted malts.

Draught, 5.2% at the brewpub. Faint caramelly aroma. Seemingly clear dark brown colour. Small whitish head. The flavour is mildly roasted, dark bread, caramelly, nutty.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours hazy lightish copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of caramel and faint hoppy touches. Sweetish taste of caramel malt, with estery and hoppy notes and buttery touches. Estery and malty afteraste. Average.

Draught at the brew pub. Surprised to see that this one was an amber, tasted more like a dunkel with lots of hops. Light brown colour with a small, off-white head. Sweet aroma with caramel and bread malts, floral and herbal hops, light yeasts. Taste is lightly bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture, soft carbonation. Initial sweet finish with caramel malts, later a good bitterness kicks in. Well made amber - we had a few extra of this one...
